Terms and conditions

  1. In the event of a piece being damaged, the product will be eligible for exchange. The customer must email pictures of the damaged saree, actual packaging and invoice at gnazhalin@gmail.com for approval.

  2. It is essential that the exchange requests are made within 24 hours of delivery of the product. 

  3. Once approved, the customer must ship the saree with its original packing to the following address,

4.  Customers would be provided with equivalent credit points upon exchange that can be used for subsequent purchases. 

5.  Exchanges strictly would not be approved based on any colour deviations from the photos posted on the website or on social media. The product photographs may appear different at times due to camera and phone settings and sometimes, even due to temperature. We would definitely provide daylight pictures of the desired products upon request. 

  1. Cancellations are eligible only before the shipment of the product. Refunds will be provided based on the credit point system as mentioned earlier. 

Shipping Policy

1. Upon placing an order, the Gnazhal team checks the ordered saree for further quality check. 

2. The order is then approved by the team and invoiced for the customer.

3. The saree is then packaged thoroughly to be securely shipped to the customer's delivery address.

4. The delivery time for the products are usually 3-5 business days. 

5. Upon shipping, the customer is provided with the corresponding tracking ID and respective delivery agent. 

Refunds and Cancellation

1. The customer will be able to cancel their order only before the order is shipped. 

2. It is upon the customer to provide a valid reason for cancellation and thereby request a refund, if the payment has already been processed.

3. Once the refund is requested, the team initiates the refund process. 

4. The refund will be usually processed within 5-7 business days from the day of refund initiation. 

5. In terms of exchange, the team will be approve the request only in terms of a damage to the saree. 

6. The customer is entitled to provide an unboxing video of the saree and show a detailed view of the saree itself. 

7. The Gnazhal team then. evaluates the video and upon approval, requests the customer to ship the saree back to the warehouse. 

8. The customer is liable for all shipping costs of the saree. 

9. The saree is further checked at the warehouse and the refund process is initiated. 

10. The customer receives an equivalent store credit which can be used on future purchases. 

Privacy Policy

Personal identification information

    We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site place an order fill out a form subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
